Privacy Policy

We respect Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Data you provide is stored reasonably and securely, and is not used for anything besides running this service (accounts, catalog, stock, sales, purchases, and stock alerts).
Data we store
- On sign-up: email, password hash, business name, and a record of this policy consent (time + version).
- While using the app: operational data you enter (products, materials, stock, sales, purchases, expenses).
- Owner email is used only for low-stock or out-of-stock alerts, not marketing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell data.
- We do not use data for ads, marketing profiles, or sharing with third parties for their purposes.
Important. Do not enter data you consider secret or highly sensitive (national ID, bank account numbers, health data, or trade secrets that daily stock tracking does not need). This app helps run an assemble-to-order shop; it is not a vault for highly confidential information.
Consent
On a first visit a notice of this policy is shown until you confirm. On registration you tick consent; that record is stored on the account. Without the tick, registration does not proceed.
